DEL WEBB RESORT-STYLE COMMUNITY POOL
Under pool contractor, Aragon Pools & Spas, LLC, Prestige Gunite & Shotcrete provided the concrete and gunite services for the Del Webb Lakewood Ranch community resort-style pool and spa. In 2017, Lakewood Ranch was ranked the 3rd best-selling master-planned community in the nation by John Burns Real Estate.
The 183,700-gallon pool has a 197 bathing load and features: Grand Effects Essex fire, water concrete bowls, a beach entry, lap lanes, a free-form rim flow and deck level gutter. The 352 sq. ft. spa has a 35 bathing load.
The entire clubhouse project, under the general contractor Willis A Smith Construction of Sarasota, Inc., took 10 months to complete. Two of those months were dedicated to the pool construction.
