This project included 17,000 tons of hot mix asphalt.
The main challenge of this project was milling out and replacing the asphalt to meet specifications at several intersections. These intersections were severely rutted due to heavy traffic.
The average lot CPF (Composite Pay Factor) for all of the asphalt was 103.
There were ZERO straight-edge deficiencies in 11.2 lane miles of pavement.
The Arlington is a new luxury resort-style continuing care retirement community which required Preferred Materials to provide 25,000 cubic yards of concrete and a wide array of structural concrete mix designs.
In mid-October 2014, Preferred Materials, Inc. began a 4-mile resurfacing project of Pelican Bay Blvd. in Naples, FL.
Preferred Materials, Inc recently supplied over 6000 cubic yards of our specialty product DrainReady for use in the beach parking lots on Siesta Key.
