The main challenge of this project was the nuerous super-elevated curves that needed correction to meet specification.
The average lot CPF (Composite Pay Factor) of the asphlat was 104.
Excellent ride numbers of 4.5 were also reported by the laser profiler.
The Arlington is a new luxury resort-style continuing care retirement community which required Preferred Materials to provide 25,000 cubic yards of concrete and a wide array of structural concrete mix designs.
